01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Nigama website, product, or service — including VECTOR, our AI Engineering services, and Extended Teams — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers, whether accessing our services on behalf of themselves or an organization.

02 Description of Services

Nigama provides a suite of offerings including:

• VECTOR — our GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) platform for compliance mapping, evidence collection, and audit reporting.
• AI Engineering Services — end-to-end consulting from discovery through managed AI operations.
• Extended Teams — dedicated engineering teams delivered through our Build-Operate-Transfer model.

We may add, modify, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

03 Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately at info@nigamatech.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

04 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or connected third-party integrations.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the normal operation of our services.

05 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Nigama and VECTOR are the property of Nigama Technologies Pvt Ltd or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property, only a limited, revocable license to use our services as intended.

Feedback or suggestions you provide about our products may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

06 Fees & Payment

Fees for VECTOR, AI Engineering engagements, or Extended Teams staffing are set out in your specific order form, statement of work, or subscription agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

07 Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information, and not to disclose it to third parties except as required to perform under an agreement or by law.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nigama shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

09 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using our services, or close your account, at any time by contacting us.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-product notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
